As leader of Molly & The Ringwalds, Carrie Ringwald juggles the other members of the band, and occasionally juggles cats. Not only a whiz at the all important 80's synthesizer, Carrie plays bagpipes as well. Formerly Carrie played rockabilly piano with Chad Thomas & The Crazy Kings and sometimes still sits in with Houston's Celtic merrymakers The Rogues. He also plays bass on a few songs so he can get some "face time" with the audience. He earned the nickname "Screamin' Gene" despite never actually having been heard to raise his voice.
